Initial challenge

Eda Dent needed a longterm strategy to express its unique points of advantage in a very crowded market.
A great and friendly team of doctors, passionate about giving kids the best treatments without scaring them, needed a clear vision to establish a strong brand.

Out strategic solution

We started by interviewing all the doctors from Bucharest and Timișoara to uncover the solid values the team was built on: professionalism, humanism and continuous education.
We also studied the online competitive landscape and discovered that most clinics use similar words and similar images when talking about dental care for kids.
We researched parents and kids and found out that there is still a large need for education when it comes to dental care.
We then articulated a new brand and communication strategy focusing on 3 main pillars: the Eda method which is very well defined and makes the patient the most important in the process, the Patient who is always the main character in Eda’s business and the Doctors who are constantly evolving and passing on knowledge to their peers from Eda and other clinics.

Our design solution

We created a distinctive visual territory for Eda transforming the letters into happy colorful character who speak to both kids and their parents.
We combinded them with visual symbos for the main differentiators and with open clean images with patients.
